Refunds & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy:

Saairah does not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where you receive a damaged, tampered, or wrong item.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Provide your details including Order ID, Email ID and Name.
  • Submit an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Contact our customer care number at +91-8800875242.

Exchange Process:

  • Our Customer Care Executive will review your case within 48 working hours.
  • If the unboxing video is deemed fake, re-packed, incomplete, or shows no issues, your case will not be considered.
  • If approved for exchange, we will send you a shipping label in PDF format.
  • Pack the item securely and attach the label to the package.
  • Our delivery team will pick up the parcel within 24 hours of receiving the label.
  • We will dispatch the new item only after receiving and reviewing the return parcel.

Exchange Due to Size Issue:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges.
  • Self-ship the product to our address at Shop No. 5815-16, Gali Matke Wali, Sadar Bazar, Delhi-6.
  • Include a note inside the parcel with your Order ID, Instagram ID, and WhatsApp number.
  • Share the tracking details once the product is shipped.
  • Once we receive the parcel, our team will contact you regarding shipping charges for the correct size.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are not available; however, credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code valid for one year from the date of issuance.
